About The Book:
There was once a red and black train that had a rainbow of smoke coming from him and he went by the name Charlie the Choo-Choo.
On
this spring morning he had a day off so he decided to travel around. On
his way, he met all kind of new friends; some of them are pretty odd
and funny...
My Review:
Charlie the Choo-Choo tells of an adventure
to many different places
and
seeing many odd animals. Along the way many animals help him, like a
pink crocodile or a parrot with red sunglasses. But unknowingly, Charlie
is helping them, too. Whether he was helping a pink crocodile find a
great new meal or flying through the sky on a flying turtle, he was
having a ball. He made friends along the way, like Toe the sock
eating rabbit. This book is fun and cheerful with colorful pictures. I
read my little brother this book and he was laughing the whole time. My
brother and I both loved how silly this book was.
About The Author:
Sarit Gilor believes in inspiring creativity, communication, curiosity and
imagination in children through reading. In fact, evidence suggests that
children who read for enjoyment every day are more likely to do well at
school, develop a broader vocabulary and increase general knowledge
than those who don't. She has a lot of fun creating stories that
entertain her young readers and hopefully teach them important everyday
lessons in a fun and easy to understand manner.
Disclosure: This book was given to me for free by the Author for my honest review.
Sounds like a great book Ashley. Good job!
